Upgrading to the Tamiya 42355 M-Chassis Big Bore Dampers gives racers improved composure through corners. Designed for M-Chassis platforms and touring cars that use short damper stays, these shocks feature HL cylinders and titanium-coated shafts for steady, low-friction operation.
The shock bodies are 0.5 mm wider than the standard design, allowing approximately 10 percent more oil for improved absorption of repeated impacts. The units are trimmed by 4 mm in length to suit compact damper layouts. Aluminium spring retainers and the black finished metal parts increase longevity while keeping a neat presentation.
The included V parts are fully redesigned from Item 54871 to boost strength and offer broader setup options. Supplied springs include two yellow and two red units so drivers can quickly alter stiffness to suit track grip and driving style.
This damper set is compatible with M-Chassis cars and touring models that accept short dampers. It is well suited to racers and hobbyists seeking precise handling and easier suspension tuning.
