Improved Gearing for the TT-01 Chassis

If you want a practical way to change final drive, the Tamiya 53665 Spur Gear Set is a compact upgrade. It supplies two alternate spur gears that can replace the factory 61T to deliver higher top speed possibilities.

Selectable Gears for Setup Variation

The set includes both 55T and 58T spurs so you can experiment with different drive ratios to suit straight sections or mixed circuits. Replacing the 61T will produce a noticeable change in gearing characteristics.

Compatibility and Straightforward Fit

Manufactured for the TT-01 series, these gears fit cars that use parts 50357 and 50477. Installation is straightforward and suitable for anyone familiar with basic RC gear adjustments.

FULL RANGE RC products, very good service and communication. Thank you, Ms Kyle provided product technical support. Delivery on time, well packed and with mail tracking service. Very satisfied. Highly recommendation supplier. I'll come back to RC
Yes. The 55T and 58T choices let you tailor gearing to road or circuit conditions, trading between acceleration and top speed depending on where you run.
Ambient temperature can influence motor and battery performance, but the gear change itself does not depend on temperature. Monitor electronics under different conditions and adjust as needed.
Mixing aftermarket parts is possible but always check tooth size and mesh compatibility. Ensure proper alignment and secure fastening to avoid premature wear.
After installation, recheck gear mesh and fasteners after a short run, and inspect for unusual noise or wear. Regular checks extend gear life and preserve drivetrain reliability.
