Reinforce the TT-02 Type-S with steel suspension mounts

The Tamiya 54634 Steel Suspension Mount Set is tailored for the TT-02 Type-S chassis to provide a more rigid mounting platform. It enables racers and hobbyists to alter suspension geometry front and rear, opening up further tuning routes for consistent performance.

Stability and predictable handling

Fitting the steel mounts stabilises the suspension pivot points and supports the use of rebound stoppers sold separately. The rear mounting plate includes a 3-degree toe-in arrangement to improve directional stability at higher speeds.

Note that suspension arms and uprights are not supplied. For use on a standard TT-02 chassis you will need front and rear damper stays (Items 54632 and 54633) plus compatible oil dampers such as Item 42102 to complete the conversion.
