Neo Scorcher: Retro Style, Tuned Chassis

The Tamiya 58568-60A Neo Scorcher updates classic Terra Scorcher looks on the modern TT-02B chassis. It offers a mix of period styling and practical chassis improvements aimed at off-road driving and club racing.

Chassis Details for Off-Road Use

The TT-02B takes the TT-02 concept and adapts it for rougher surfaces. Extended suspension arms and CVA shock units enhance composure and handling over broken ground. The fitted buggy bumpers provide added protection during close contact on circuits.

Drive Layout and Electronics Notes

Supplied with a 540 RS Torque Tuned Motor, the Neo Scorcher uses a proven brushed motor format. The longitudinal battery and flat R/C gear layout keep the centre of gravity low for predictable handling. A sealed receiver compartment helps guard electronics against dirt.

  • Scale: 1/10

  • Suspension: Fully independent double wishbone

Ship by HK POST via Speedpost always late. Speedpost can hold on to the items for days before send out. Always need to call in to complain then manage to get it. Disappointed with our local Speedpost service. FedEx service is super fast n excellent.
Fit a suitable ESC, a radio system and a compatible battery pack. The kit includes the motor but you will need to source the ESC, receiver and transmitter separately.
Yes. Owners commonly upgrade bearings, tyres and shocks to refine handling and improve reliability as power and usage increase.
It performs well on compact dirt, hardpack and short grass when set up with suitable tyres. Loose sand or deep mud will demand more protective measures and different tyres.
Routine checks like cleaning, shock inspection and drivetrain lubrication keep the buggy reliable. The TT-02B layout makes access to common service points straightforward.
