Since December 1994 the M-chassis line has been prized for low cost, broad body choice, and simple maintenance. The MB-01 carries these strengths forward with a modular approach that gives hobbyists several setup options.
The MB-01 is designed for versatility, offering six configuration options through selectable wheelbase positions and the ability to run front- or rear-wheel drive. The model is presented with a Fiat Abarth 1000 TCR Berlina Corse body that mirrors the compact performance styling of the Fiat 600.
The kit is supplied in a mid-motor, rear-wheel drive setup and features a conversion layout that does not require removing the battery pack, motor, or radio equipment. Swapping drive is handled by final gear and steering linkage adjustments, and there are low and high motor positions for rear drive.
With a 4-wheel double wishbone suspension and friction dampers, the MB-01 provides consistent handling. Its unitised sections for motor mounting and final gears reduce complexity in assembly and maintenance, making it accessible to newcomers and useful to experienced builders.
The MB-01 chassis is a flexible platform for those who want to experiment with handling and scale appearance while keeping the build approachable and serviceable.
