What adhesives work best for this kit?

For plastic assembly use a good quality polystyrene cement or CA glue for small parts. Test fit components before gluing and use minimal adhesive to avoid excess on fine detail.

Can I replace the sound recording with a custom clip?

Modders with electronics experience can swap the audio module for a custom recording, but this requires compatible power, wiring and space within the stand housing.
