Light, thin foam for scale modelling

This 2 mm foam board is supplied in a four-sheet B4 pack for hobby construction tasks. The smooth face is suitable for cutting, shaping and adhesive bonding with minimal prep.

Intended uses include internal buoyancy panels, simple structural infill and shaping of basic airframe components. The low weight helps limit added mass while providing a surface that takes paint and glue when prepared correctly.

For fixing, use PVA or contact adhesives that explicitly state foam compatibility and steer clear of solvent-based products. Cut with a fresh blade and work on a flat mat to maintain clean edges and accurate shapes.
