Keep your Tamiya Spray-Work ready for fine detail

The Tamiya 74548 Spray Work Air Brush Cleaning Set helps you maintain consistent performance from your Tamiya Spray-Work airbrush. It supplies the cleaning and lubrication items needed to reduce blockage and preserve control when painting small parts and trims.

Detailed cleaning implements

The pack features two brushes designed for specific jobs. An extra-fine brush with PBT bristles and a stainless steel wire stem reaches narrow passages such as the nozzle bore. The standard brush has a stainless steel stem shaped for a secure grip and is used to clean the paint cup and larger areas.

Leak control and trigger lubrication

Included are a 3 g sealant and a 7 g high-viscosity grease. The sealant fills minor gaps at the nozzle base to reduce air leakage and stays non-solid for easy removal. The grease is applied to the trigger button stem to keep movement smooth and precise for controlled spraying.

Nozzle wrench for careful servicing

The set includes a nozzle wrench made for Tamiya Spray-Work airbrushes, allowing safe removal of the nozzle without scratching or distorting parts, simplifying routine servicing.

Highly recommend seller. A great place to shop from any where in the world.
Yes. The extra-fine brush and the trigger grease make this kit useful for keeping airbrushes ready for fine scale and detail painting where consistent spray is essential.
Apply a thin film of the 7 g high-viscosity grease to the trigger button stem. Too much will attract dust and interfere with movement, so a light smear is all that is needed.
Used sparingly at the nozzle base, the 3 g sealant prevents air leaks without altering paint flow. Clean and reapply as necessary during routine maintenance.
The wrench is made to suit Tamiya Spray-Work airbrushes. It may fit similar thread sizes but always check fit before using on different models to avoid damage.
Rinse the paint cup and run cleaner through the nozzle after each session, brush nozzle passages with the extra-fine brush, and apply a small amount of grease to moving parts during regular service.
