The Tamiya PS-12 Silver Spray is intended for polycarbonate RC car bodies and produces a refined inner finish from a 100ml can. Spray in light, consistent passes from about 30cm away to build colour smoothly. Allow the initial coat to dry fully before adding a second coat to even out the finish and increase robustness.

Tips for Sharp Edges and Small Areas

For crisp masks and small decals, use Tamiya polycarbonate bottle paints to brush fine areas prior to spraying. This technique preserves detail where masking meets sprayed areas. PS-12 is formulated to resist oil and fuel contact, so it is suitable where engine exposure may occur.
