Authentic 1/20 Scale McLaren MP4/4 Replica

The Tamiya 92208 kit captures the McLaren MP4/4 from the 1988 season in 1/20 scale, offering a faithful miniature of a car that dominated the championship. The design by Steve Nichols and the Honda RA 168E V6 twin-turbo engine are reflected in the kit, which honours the runs by Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna.

Assembly Features and Material Notes

The body cowl can be removed to expose the internal layout, including the detailed V6 turbo engine, radiator and intercooler. Suspension arms are made from ABS resin for strength and the tyres are solid rubber to mirror the original equipment. Decals are supplied for both A. Senna and A. Prost to complete an accurate finish.
