The Tamiya 94983 Sunny-Shuttle Premium is a modern reissue of a Truckin' Mini 4WD classic, updated to run on the AR chassis. Originally released between 1990 and 1994, this limited edition captures the urban low-rider truck look with a slim, period-inspired profile. The AR chassis brings aerodynamic refinement to help with handling and usability, making the model suitable for display collectors and circuit racers alike.

Exterior finish and kit items

The shell is moulded in bright yellow ABS plastic and fitted with a semi-transparent smoke-coloured windscreen for authentic character. It rolls on small-diameter spoke wheels finished in gold with black tyres, and the kit includes redesigned body mount catches and a new sticker set for accurate detailing.

AR chassis behaviour and kit assembly

The AR chassis is engineered for aerodynamic performance, improving straight-line stability and allowing consistent speed on standard Mini 4WD tracks. The kit includes a 130 motor and comes as a snap-together assembly, making it approachable for newcomers while remaining tuneable for experienced racers.
