Replacement front springs for Tamiya off-road models

The Tamiya 9805310 front coil springs are a matched two-piece replacement designed for 1/10-scale Tamiya off-road models shown below. These springs restore or modify front suspension behavior without requiring changes to other chassis components.

They are suitable for correcting sag, refreshing worn front units, or tuning initial compliance by altering spring rate and preload. Installation requires disassembly of the shock assemblies; ensure preload collars and spring orientation are recorded and restored to preserve left/right symmetry.

Note on setup: changing springs will influence initial ride height and bump response, so make small incremental adjustments to damping and preload to reach the desired handling balance. While the shocks are open, examine shafts and seals for wear to maintain reliable performance.
