Front knuckle replacement for BB-01

This aluminum front knuckle arm is a purpose-made replacement for the TAMIYA BB-01 (BBX) and is finished in red anodized aluminum. It offers a stiffer mounting point for steering linkages and improved wear resistance at the pivot compared with the original plastic components.

The unit installs on the standard BB-01 (BBX) mounting bosses and uses the existing steering links and bearings, so no alterations to the chassis are required. When fitting, confirm that the steering geometry does not interfere with tie rods and set screw torque to eliminate play without restricting steering movement.

Setup note: the lower compliance of aluminum knuckles changes steering feel and body roll; use this part to refine handling or to strengthen a vehicle that sees regular hard use, while monitoring bearing and linkage wear.
