This aftermarket rear swing arm pull rod is intended for TAMIYA BB-01 use and is manufactured by GPM as BBX05657. Machined from 7075 aluminium, the component offers a high strength-to-weight ratio and retains the original ball-post position so it fits the stock suspension link layout.

The part uses an arcuated seating area at the steel pivot ball to help keep the ball located during heavy suspension travel, reducing the risk of disengagement. The combination of that geometry and a hard-anodised 7075 surface is intended to provide consistent pivot action and clearer rear suspension feedback.

To fit, remove the stock rear pull rod from the BB-01 and install this replacement, checking ball-post alignment and thread engagement prior to final tightening. As a tuning element the rod can affect rear roll centre and handling response, so recheck clearances and run controlled tests to assess any changes.
