This one-piece spring steel servo tie rod is made for Tamiya CC-01 chassis arrangements and replaces softer original links to limit flex and deliver firmer steering response between the servo horn and steering knuckle.
Fitting is straightforward: detach the factory tie rod from the servo horn and steering arm, screw this rod into the existing ball cup or rod end, then confirm correct thread engagement and free movement across the steering arc. If binding occurs at full lock, alter the linkage position or trim nearby components and re-check end play after a short test drive.
For set-up and tuning, a spring steel rod controls unwanted compliance while avoiding excess stiffness across the assembly. It is intended for fine steering adjustments and improved return during low-speed manoeuvres and scale driving, not for heavy structural substitution.
