Aluminium CC-02 front knuckle set

An RC-scale aluminium front knuckle arm set intended for use with the Tamiya CC-02 chassis, supplied as model JR-CC200-S. These units are offered as a direct-replacement alternative to the OEM plastic knuckles to provide firmer steering response and improved longevity during scale off-road use.

Fitment is specific to the CC-02 steering layout; confirm your steering hubs, kingpin positions and link geometry match the CC-02 before installation. The knuckles are designed to replace stock parts without chassis modification in most cases, but inspect clearances and re-torque steering fasteners after the maiden run to prevent binding.

In setup and tuning the knuckle arms mainly affect steering stiffness and feedback. A stiffer knuckle will reduce spindle flex and can alter turn-in and caster feel, so introduce changes gradually and evaluate with your existing tyres and suspension settings.
