What the CC-02 Aluminum Knuckles Do

These aluminum front knuckle arms are intended for the Tamiya CC-02 platform and carry the JR-CC200-BK number. They act as direct replacements to reduce steering knuckle flex and improve wear resistance where original plastic parts may deform or wear prematurely.

Front knuckles set the hub location and relay steering inputs from the servo through the linkage. Swapping to aluminum shifts pivot stiffness and can modify steering geometry under load, leading to a firmer, less progressive feel in the steering.

Installation on CC-02 rigs is usually simple, but always verify fit before final assembly. Check hub and link clearances, confirm pin and screw compatibility, and apply thread-lock to metal fasteners as appropriate.
