This upgrade replaces the CC-02's standard plastic servo saver and tie rods with machined aluminium components to improve strength and maintain consistent steering geometry under load. The assembly features a 25T servo-spline saver body alongside aluminium threaded tie rods, designed as a direct swap for the stock steering linkages on CC-02 layouts.

Fitting is conventional: remove the original saver and rods, mount the aluminium saver onto the servo spline, attach tie rods to the servo horn and steering knuckles, then adjust rod length and servo horn position to set toe and centring. Apply thread locker where steel fasteners meet aluminium and avoid excessive tightening to preserve thread life.

For tuning, the aluminium parts help stabilise steering input and reduce play when used with higher-torque servos. The set is a scale RC upgrade meant to aid steering consistency and simplify geometry adjustments during setup or repair.
