Front Lower Arm Stabiliser - Role and Benefits

The JR-LB03-GU front lower arm stabiliser mount is an aluminium upgrade part for the TAMIYA CW-01 chassis. It locates the stabiliser at the lower arm pivot and creates a more rigid attachment point compared with stock plastic, which reduces flex and helps steering inputs remain consistent across laps.

Fitment is carried out at the lower arm stabiliser location on CW-01 style layouts and uses the existing pivot area. When installing, ensure the arm and stabiliser link are aligned and verify that fasteners are secure so the steering geometry stays true.

In setup terms, the mount changes how stabiliser forces are transmitted into the suspension, which can produce a crisper steering feel and less progressive front flex. Use it in combination with adjustments to toe, trim and dampers to achieve the desired handling balance.
