Precision aluminium servo saver for CW-01

This aluminium hi-torque servo saver kit is a direct RC replacement for Tamiya CW-01 (Lunch Box) cars, featuring a 23T saver spline paired with an aluminium tie rod. The metal components reduce steering flex and pass inputs more reliably than the standard plastic parts.

Fitting replaces the OEM saver and linkage using the same CW-01 steering knuckle and servo horn attachment points. Verify LB023TM compatibility with your chassis and servo, hand-tighten linkage hardware, and run the steering through full travel to ensure there is no binding.

In use the aluminium saver helps keep steering geometry under load and provides clearer feedback for setup work on toe and throw. Routine inspection of fasteners and threads will ensure long life and that the saver still allows protective movement for the servo.
