Drop-in alloy C-hub for DF-02

This DF2019 front C-hub is an aftermarket replacement for the Tamiya DF-02 radio-controlled chassis. It replaces the factory plastic C-hub with an aluminium alloy component and retains Delrin collar interfaces at the knuckle pivot and wheel axle points. The change gives a firmer mounting location while preserving the DF-02 front geometry.

Fitting follows the OEM sequence: remove the front knuckles and steering links, swap the C-hub, and reinstall the knuckles using the original fasteners. After installation, inspect alignment and wheel play and ensure the collars rotate freely inside the knuckle to prevent binding.

As a tuning item, the alloy C-hub enhances durability and delivers more consistent steering inputs for drivers preferring a metal pivot surface. Delrin collars help reduce direct metal-on-metal contact and maintain smooth articulation. The unit integrates with standard DF-02 steering parts and uses the stock mounting layout.
