This aluminium front C-hub is an aftermarket replacement produced by GPM for the TAMIYA DT-03 platform, supplied as 1pr for direct replacement of the standard plastic carriers. It preserves the DT-03 suspension geometry while providing a firmer mounting point for hub and bearing assemblies.
Installation follows the usual DT-03 front hub routine and uses the original wheel hub pins and steering knuckle fixings. The aluminium construction increases rigidity relative to plastic, which can affect steering feedback and component longevity; check and reuse original pins or shims only when they meet serviceable condition.
As a tuning accessory, this C-hub enhances steering repeatability and offers a stable mount for the wheel hub during setup work. Replace worn plastic hubs with this aluminium unit when you need consistent front-end behaviour under regular running.
