This RC-scale aluminum C hub is specified for TAMIYA DT-03 chassis assemblies and replaces the standard C hub at the front steering knuckle. The component is anodized green and intended as a durable metal alternative to the original plastic piece.
Intended compatibility is with DT-03 configurations only. Installing the hub normally involves removing the original C hub from the steering knuckle and installing the aluminum unit with the existing hardware, then carefully checking fit and clearance before final tightening. As this is a metal part, confirm there is no unwanted contact with surrounding steering or suspension components after fitting.
As part of tuning, an aluminum C hub provides a firmer steering knuckle mount which can affect steering feedback and suspension behaviour. After fitting, inspect wheel hexes, steering links and wheel bearings to ensure consistent geometry and to avoid binding issues.
