What the DT-03 Rear Carrier Does

This aluminum rear hub carrier is an RC-scale replacement tailored for the Tamiya DT-03 chassis. It is machined from aluminum and finished in a light blue anodize, providing a direct-fit substitute for the standard rear hub carrier used on DT-03 rear assemblies.

The component serves as the mounting point for the rear wheel hubs and influences suspension geometry and wheel alignment. Swapping to an aluminum carrier reduces deformation under load and increases rigidity at the mounting point, which benefits consistent handling and setup repeatability.

Installation follows standard DT-03 maintenance procedures: remove the rear wheel and hub, detach the original hub carrier, and install this carrier at the same mounting points using the existing hardware. After fitting, inspect wheel alignment and clearances before operating the model.
