This is a replacement rear hub carrier designed specifically for the Tamiya DT-03 chassis and referenced as JR-DT307-BK. The aluminium construction provides a metal mounting surface in the rear suspension and wheel spindle area as an aftermarket upgrade option.
Fitment is designed to be direct on standard DT-03 mounts: remove the rear wheel and any obstructing components, swap the carrier, and reassemble. The aluminium carrier is intended for both routine maintenance and performance-oriented setup changes where a less flexible pivot is desired.
When installing, retain original screws and spacers unless the replacement instructions advise otherwise, check bearing seating and wheel alignment after refit, and ensure the rear suspension has full, unimpeded travel with no binding. This information applies to RC use only.
