An aluminum rear shock tower designed as a direct-fit aftermarket part for the Tamiya Fire Dragon and Terra Scorcher. It replaces the original shock tower to deliver a more rigid mounting platform and consistent shock orientation during running. The black finish is utilitarian, prioritising performance stability.
Fitment follows the normal rear suspension service routine: remove body and shocks, transfer original mounting hardware if serviceable, and secure the tower to the standard chassis fixing points. No chassis alteration should be required on the supported models.
As a tuning item, the tower modifies local chassis stiffness at the shock mounts and can subtly change rear suspension behaviour. After fitting, verify shock stroke, spring selection, and damper settings to re-establish your desired handling balance. This product is for model-level suspension tuning only.
