This aluminium hi-torque servo saver is designed to work with the TAMIYA GF01 platform, featuring a 23T spline and a steel tie rod to buffer the servo output and steering drag link. It reduces shock to the servo while allowing steering feel to be tuned via linkage adjustments.
Installation notes: confirm your servo output is 23T before fitting, align tie rod ends to prevent binding, and set preload so the saver moves under impact but does not create unnecessary play. After installation, check steering geometry and suspension travel to rule out contact or interference.
Tuning notes: adjust the tie rod length in small increments to centre the wheel and change responsiveness, inspect for any lateral play at rod ends, and re-torque mounting hardware after a few runs. This product is intended for RC steering assemblies on GF01 chassis only.
