Front tower replacement for GF-01

This aluminium front shock tower is an aftermarket component for the Tamiya GF-01 chassis and carries the model number GF028. It is intended as a scale replacement to stiffen the front shock mount area and provide a more reliable mounting surface than typical plastic towers.

Functionally the tower reduces movement at the top of the shocks, which changes shock geometry under load and tends to smooth front-end reactions when driving over rough ground or through fast bends. It is a practical part for fine-tuning spring, damper and camber link settings on GF-01 platforms.

Installation follows standard GF-01 procedures: remove the factory tower, move over required hardware and shock tops, then attach this tower to the existing mounting positions. After fitting verify travel and alignment and adjust preload or mount location to achieve your preferred handling balance.
