The pack contains 15 pieces of 3/32" steel balls provided as replacement rolling elements for small ball bearings and ball cups on Tamiya M03M, M03L, M04M and M04L chassis used in 1/10 scale touring cars. These are simple spare components intended to renew rolling interfaces with no change to existing geometry.
These balls act as the rolling interface inside bearing races and ball cups in drivetrain and steering linkages. Replacing fatigued or pitted balls helps reduce roughness and play, restoring smoother rotation and steadier contact across gear trains and steering systems.
Fitting guidance: remove the bearing or cup and examine the race for wear or contamination before swapping balls. Keep replacements clean, seat them evenly, and verify free rotation by hand. Apply light lubrication appropriate for the bearing type and avoid forcing parts together to prevent race damage.
Maintenance role: changing individual balls is a routine service to sustain consistent rolling contact; properly sized steel balls can lower vibration and input inconsistency in tuned 1/10 touring setups without altering suspension geometry or gear ratios.
