Aluminum Steering Hubs for TA-01

This set replaces the original plastic C-hubs on the Tamiya TA-01 with red anodized aluminum parts that aim to stabilise the front-end geometry and deliver a firmer steering pivot under load. The components suit TA-01 platform servicing and small tuning changes.

The swap is a direct changeover: remove the stock C-hubs from the steering knuckles, install the aluminum replacements, and confirm wheel hub clearance and suspension articulation remain correct. Because the aluminium hubs are less flexible than plastic, realign the front end—checking toe and camber—using standard TA-01 procedures after fitting.

Functionally, these aluminium hubs reduce steering pivot flex and create a harder mounting interface that resists wear better than plastic, supporting repeatable adjustments when testing different steering geometry or shock configurations.
