Aluminium rear hub carrier for TA05 tuning

This aluminium rear hub carrier is built for the Tamiya TA05 chassis with a fixed 3 degree rear angle to aid chassis setup. The light blue anodized finish replaces the stock plastic carrier and offers a stiffer hub mounting location that can influence camber recovery and roll response when fine tuning suspension behaviour.

Fitting is straightforward for anyone used to TA05 maintenance: remove the factory rear carrier and fit this aluminium unit with the chassis' existing hardware and bearings. Use standard hex drivers and sockets for TA05 assemblies and then recheck rear camber and toe. Tighten mounting screws to the proper torque for aluminium parts to prevent thread damage.

As a setup accessory, this carrier will increase rear stiffness and sharpen handling feedback, altering how the rear tyres transfer load during cornering and acceleration. Intended for 1/10 scale TA05 touring cars for hobby and track use.
