Stiff aluminium bridge for Tamiya race chassis

This bridge-style aluminium suspension mount is made for Tamiya TA05-R, TRF415 and TRF-416 chassis and is supplied as model 415-01/B1D. It is a direct replacement for similar upper mounting bridges on those chassis.

Built from aluminium to reduce flex seen in plastic mounts, the component gives a firmer mounting point for shock assemblies and suspension linkages. That rigidity helps maintain consistent shock positions when tuning preload and damping.

Fit the mount by lining it up with the shock towers and fastening at the original screw points. Check that the shock eyelets are aligned and use the correct fasteners and workshop tools to avoid overtightening and damaging the chassis.

As a tuning accessory, the bridge helps keep shock angles and leverage consistent between runs, making small setup changes easier to reproduce.
