Steering pivot replacement for TA05

The TA05-06 is a replacement king pin set intended for Tamiya TA05 and TA05-R chassis. It replaces the front pins that hold the suspension knuckle to the bulkhead, helping to restore correct steering geometry after wear or servicing.

This product is supplied as a scale model spare and is not for any full-size vehicle application. Practically, drivers change king pins when there is noticeable play at the front pivot or when a knock has affected alignment. New pins re-establish the original pivot point and support consistent steering behaviour while tuning.

Fitting guidance: remove the front knuckles to access the pins, inspect related bushings and bearings for wear, then install the TA05-06 set. After replacement, check knuckle movement for free play and reapply any previous wheel alignment settings used on your setup.
