This replacement rear upright hub carrier is machined from aluminum for use on the Tamiya TA07 chassis. The metal construction reduces flex at the hub mount and can extend consistent performance compared with softer stock materials.
Installation is a direct swap: remove the rear hub assembly and install the aluminum carrier using the car's existing hardware. After fitting, double check bearing seating and axle retention items to prevent premature wear.
As a tuning aid the stiffer carrier provides a repeatable mounting surface so adjustments to toe and camber remain consistent over many runs. Monitor wear on mating parts and replace wheel bearings as required to maintain smooth operation.
