Upgrade main gear for TL-01 models

This aftermarket main gear is produced from hardened steel #45 and supplied as 1pc to replace the TL-01 gearbox main gear. Tooth counts are 34T on the larger side and 24T on the smaller side, matching standard TL-01 configurations.

The gear is responsible for passing drive torque through the gearbox to the rest of the drivetrain; prior to installation examine the motor pinion and bearings for wear and confirm the pinion-to-spur engagement is correct.

Installation note: remove the gearbox cover, carry over any shims or spacers from the old gear, fit the new gear to the shaft with the right orientation, then set backlash and rotate the drivetrain to check for smoothness and absence of binding.
