Durable aluminium pick-up mount for TRF cars

This Ver. 2 aluminium suspension mount is sold as part 415-01/B1X/V2 and replaces the factory plastic mount on compatible Tamiya TRF 415, FF03, TA-05IFS and TRF-416 variants. It is intended to provide a firmer suspension pick-up point and better long term service life.

The product targets chassis tuning and consistent setup rather than changing the base suspension geometry. Tuners fit this mount to reduce mounting flex, improve repeatability during setup, and avoid the gradual loosening seen in some moulded parts.

Fitting is direct using the existing screw points and the donor hardware. When installing, inspect thread inserts, use the correct hex driver size to protect screw heads, and then recheck toe and camber to confirm alignment after refit.

Used as a solid anchor for upper and lower suspension links, the mount helps stabilise roll centre behaviour between runs and allows finer shock and anti-roll bar changes without sudden handling shifts from a flexible mount.
