Precision Delrin collars for TT01

These Delrin shaft collars are produced for RC use with the TT055D drift arm on Tamiya TT01 cars. The four-piece set is keyed to guarantee correct shaft location and spacing. Delrin material delivers a low-friction spacer and bearing seat, ideal where small axial tweaks and secure positioning are needed in drift drivetrain or steering layouts.

Installation is straightforward: slide the collar over the shaft, locate it to the required position and secure using the drift arm's original set screw or clip. Check alignment with the hub and rotate through steering or drivetrain travel to ensure no binding before final torque. The set uses existing hardware on the chassis; no extra fasteners are provided.

Delrin collars are useful tuning items for trimming endplay and lateral clearance without adding rotating inertia, maintaining predictable geometry when replacing worn spacers. Clean regularly, inspect for scoring, and replace collars that no longer hold a snug fit.
