This aluminium rear hub carrier is a direct replacement component for Tamiya TT-01 and TT-01 TYPE E chassis types, sold as TT01-12/0/LB by 3Racing.

Installation is simple for anyone familiar with TT-01 servicing: remove the rear knuckle, swap the carrier, then reassemble using the existing axle and mounting screws. Check part fit at each stage and use routine hex tools to finish the job.

From a setup perspective, fitting a metal carrier reduces flex at the rear mounting point and can improve repeatability under braking and acceleration. It is well suited for replacing worn plastic pieces or for fine-tuning rear geometry when combined with correct bearings and wheel offsets.
