This 31mm alloy dog bone is an aftermarket drivetrain part produced by GPM for the Tamiya TT02 chassis. It is supplied as a direct-fit front and rear half-shaft replacement, aimed at owners who want a more durable metal option instead of the factory plastic dog bones.

Serving as the link from differential outputs to wheel hubs, the alloy build reduces wear compared with plastic dog bones and helps keep power transfer consistent during repeated running. Fitting is straightforward: remove the wheel and hub carrier where required, extract the original dog bone and install the alloy replacement, checking the seating at the diff cup and hub end.
