Will this improve lap times?

It can contribute to faster, more consistent lap times by reducing flex and allowing more precise setup, but gains depend on tyres, shocks and driver input.

Is this compatible with aftermarket uprights?

The arm fits the stock geometry. If you use alternative uprights you should check alignment and clearances before final assembly.

How should I service these arms?
