This aluminium 25T servo horn and steel tie rod set is an aftermarket upgrade for Tamiya TT02B models, sold as a single set. It swaps the factory plastic arm for a machined aluminium 25T horn and a steel tie rod to cut flex at the servo linkage and deliver steadier steering input during cornering and chassis tuning.

Confirm a standard 25T servo spline and that the TT02B steering geometry provides clearance before fitting. Installation is simple: remove the stock horn, fit the 25T aluminium arm onto the servo spline, secure using the original retaining parts, then attach and adjust the steel tie rod to achieve the desired neutral toe and steering throw. Avoid over-tightening to protect the servo spline.

In tuning terms this item is used to achieve firmer steering response and reduced play between the servo output and steering linkage, which can improve consistency when adjusting steering rates or toe and Ackermann on the TT02B platform.
