These black anodised aluminium pieces replace standard plastic knuckles to increase stiffness at the hub and steering link junctions, improving steering consistency under load.
Fitting is intended for experienced hobbyists and requires basic front-end disassembly. Remove the stock arms from the hub carriers, keep wheel hub pins, e-clips, bearings and shims organised, and refit them with the aluminium knuckles. Confirm that tie-rods are aligned and that the steering linkage does not contact the knuckle across full suspension movement. Standard hand tools are sufficient for the job.
In practical terms, aluminium knuckles reduce flex so steering inputs are transmitted more directly; this helps when refining corner entry and mid-corner balance. Check fasteners after initial runs and re-torque to maintain secure fitment.
