This alloy battery holder plate is supplied as a direct-replacement upgrade for Tamiya TT02 and TT02B kits, incorporating an integrated heat sink surface to assist passive battery cooling during operation.
The plate is profiled for the TT02 battery bay and swaps in for the original plastic tray, fixing to the chassis at the factory mounting points. It preserves the stock battery location so common pack sizes fit without altering the layout.
To fit, remove the stock tray, align the alloy plate to the existing screw points and secure using the original hardware. Confirm alignment before tightening to avoid stressing the pack or mounts. The heat sink face increases surface area to help disperse heat when refining battery placement and underbody airflow.
