This anodised aluminium saver and tie rod set is a direct upgrade for the Tamiya TT-02 and TT-02B platforms, intended to replace stock plastic components for better steering stability.

The saver engages a 25T servo spline and the aluminium rods lower compliance in the steering system, helping to maintain alignment and steering return after impacts.

To install: remove the OEM saver and links, mount the aluminium saver to the servo spline ensuring proper engagement, then fasten the tie rods to the servo horn and steering knuckles. Re-check centre and adjust rod lengths to set correct toe and neutral.

Practical note: this part modifies mechanical stiffness rather than electronics; always verify travel limits and use thread-lock on metal fasteners to secure the installation.
