This 7075 aluminium damper stay mount is an aftermarket RC part for the TAMIYA 1/10 4WD XV-02 PRO CHASSIS. It replaces the standard shock tower base with a machined aluminium component to provide a firmer mounting point for the shock tower and bogie assembly.

To fit on a standard XV-02 PRO chassis remove the original tower base, align the damper stay mount to the existing mounting bosses and secure with the original screws. Check thread engagement and chassis alignment prior to final torque so the stay sits flat and the shock geometry is not altered.

As a tuning accessory this part reduces flex at the shock tower base to stabilise suspension feedback during cornering and braking on carpet or asphalt circuits. It is compatible with common XV-02 shock setups and is supplied as a single replacement mount; shock absorbers and extra hardware are not provided.
