The TB03-15 is a 7075 aluminium motor mount crafted for the Tamiya TB-03 chassis as a direct hop-up option. It aims to reduce motor movement and provide consistent alignment to preserve pinion-to-spur mesh and simplify drivetrain tuning.

Replacing the standard plastic mount, this aluminium part is intended to use the existing TB-03 mounting points and hardware. The 7075 material increases rigidity versus stock components, reducing flex during load changes and helping to keep gear engagement stable.

Fitment is straightforward: remove the original mount, relocate the motor and any spacers, position the TB03-15 and tighten the chassis screws. After installation, recheck mesh and backlash and make incremental adjustments until gear noise is minimised and operation is smooth.
