Upgraded graphite front tower for RC18T SSG

This front shock tower is a direct-replacement hop-up for Team Associated RC18T SSG owners wanting a stiffer front suspension attachment. The graphite construction provides reduced mass with altered flex characteristics versus standard plastic, and the integrated body post secures the shell during competition and practise.

Installation follows the familiar process for short course trucks: remove the original front tower, transfer any posts and mounting hardware to the graphite unit, and secure it with the factory screws. No specialised tools are necessary and the tower is made to fit the existing mounting layout so you should not need to alter the chassis.

On the setup side, the firmer mount affects roll centre and the initial compliance of the front suspension, which can sharpen steering response. Fit this tower when running stiffer springs or when you want more direct steering; then tweak shock positions and anti-roll bar settings to dial in the handling for your preferred surface.
