This gold-anodized aluminum chain tension adjuster set is supplied as an aftermarket replacement for the Team Losi Promoto-MX Motorcycle RC model. It offers a metal option for accurate tensioning and side-to-side alignment suited to tuning and maintenance of RC dirt bikes.
The adjuster allows deliberate, small-step changes to chain slack and corrects lateral movement between sprocket and chain. Ensuring correct alignment will help limit premature wear on chain and spur gear, and the machined aluminum pieces are less prone to flex compared with many OEM plastic adjusters.
Installation note: the set mates with the Promoto-MX adjuster mounting points and replaces the existing adjuster hardware without changing drivetrain geometry when fitted correctly. After setting tension and alignment, carry out a short test run to confirm the configuration.
