Precision knuckle arms for improved steering

This 8 piece knuckle set replaces the original plastic parts on TRAXXAS E-REVO, moving suspension pivots to solid 6061 T6 aluminium and using POM collars to tighten bearing fit for steadier steering feedback.

The supplied components include the aluminium knuckle arms with stainless steel 3x20 round head screws and Delrin locknuts to lock the assembly in place and resist loosening. POM collars reduce direct metal on bearing contact and help retain bearing position under load.

Multiple mounting holes for tie rods and steering links let you adjust steering geometry to match your driving style. The alloy knuckles also help to stabilise front and rear suspension arms and the CVDs for predictable control.

Will these affect suspension geometry?

Geometry can be adjusted using the alternate tie rod holes; changes to mounting position will alter steering ratio and ackermann characteristics.

Are the included fasteners durable for heavy use?

The stainless steel screws and Delrin locknuts are chosen for wear resistance, but inspect them regularly and replace if you see wear or deformation.
