Upgraded aluminium steering and support links

The ER162 set contains aluminium front steering and rear supporting links compatible with 1/10 TRAXXAS models. The four-link kit replaces slender stock rods with thicker aluminium pieces to cut flex and deliver more controlled steering feel.

With a 4mm threaded body, each link allows clockwise and anti-clockwise adjustment for quick tie-rod length changes without replacing end fittings. The kit is presented as a direct-fit upgrade for the TRAXXAS models shown and aims to improve structural stiffness while preserving original geometry.

Choose ER162 where firmer tie-rods will aid steering consistency on TRAXXAS 1/10 platforms, and retain the supplied stainless screws for reassembly.

Do these links need threadlocker?

Light threadlocker on the adjustment threads can help prevent movement over time, but do not apply it to areas that must rotate for tuning unless you plan to remove it later.

Can these be used on nitro and electric versions?

Yes. The compatibility list includes both electric and nitro TRAXXAS models noted in the compatible models box.

Any maintenance advice for aluminium links?

Inspect threads and end fittings after hard runs, keep them clean and lightly lubricated where metal contacts plastic to avoid wear and ensure smooth adjustment.
